Excellent work by professional & personal staff at Nyenhuis! I was appreciative of the personal/ family approach Nyenhuis had from the moment I walked in and was greeted by Emily (office manager). The work done on my car was top -of -the -line and done when promised. They have loaner cars and worked directly with my insurance company for payment. I would highly recommend this body shop. If you are looking for top notch work with friendly/ personal service- no need to look any further!

Grateful customer I got into a moderate fender-bender on the expressway not to far from Nyenhuis Collision Center at approximately 9:50 a.m. I lost my right headlight assembly and left rear taillight. I still had 9 hours of driving ahead of me. A third party referred me to Nyenhuis’. I was greeted with an awesome smile and friendly service that is almost impossible to come by these days. I was back on the road by 2:30 p.m. In the few hours that I spent there, I truly feel like family. I’ll never forget their hospitality and service. Take your business here people; and thanks guys. Dear Jim, Jim Jr., and those who worked on my car the week of May 3rd, 2010. Oh yes, and the lovely gal who works as the receptionist.
Thank you for the excellent work you did on my dented car which now is a “thing of beauty.” As always your service, workmanship, and business integrity were all in place and evident. Since I didn’t have the chance to see you when we picked up our Vibe, I’m writing to thank you for the excellent job you did on our rear bumper. Looks like a new car
Thank you also for researching the paint warranty, and for returning our car all spic and span.

BEST COLLISION REPAIR SERVICE IN GRAND RAPIDS I just wanted to say what a pleasure is was to be recommended to Nyenhuis Collision by insurance agent. My Mercedes was restored to show room condition by Jim and Lori and the friendly folks at Nyenhuis. They explained the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. I will be happy to tell my friends and family to call Nyenhuis Collision for any of their auto body or glass needs. In my humble opinion, they are the best collision repair service in Grand Rapids.
